There are many factors that come into play regarding your issue. First and foremost, we need to get information from you to determine your eligibility for service work. Each case is different so we encourage everyone to submit a request. We review requests in the order they are received.
How do I know if I'm eligible to get my car serviced?
Check your post-sale package for details, including warranty coverage, mileage limits, and eligible repairs.
Shop Inspections (Only*)
If you only need to get an inspection then this is the option for you. If you just purchased a vehicle then you'll need a Final "Post-Sale" Inspection so that we can ensure we took all measures to pass to you a quality car.
State inspections are also done here at Nexcar so you can also choose this type of appointment or a combination.
